Two bombs have exploded near the finish line of the Boston Marathon.  Two are known dead and twenty three others have been injured.  News reports on the bombings are still coming in.

Let’s all send our prayers and thoughts to the injured and their families.  If you wish to see an initial report, I have a link here for you.  God, will this never end?

What a world we live in.

  3. My thoughts and prayers are with those in Boston and those trying desperately to reach loved ones in that beautiful city. What a tragedy – it makes me nauseous.

Two other bombs being dismantled and there is unconfirmed talk of a suspect reported. A hope for justice and prayers to those who have fallen victim to extremists either foreign or home grown. God Bless America.

  5. prayers and thoughts for those who are sufferingxx

  6. I’m liking only to thank you for the update! Surely this is awful! Will pray for sure!

  7. “When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace” because ” there will be peace when men refuse to go to war.”

  8. Sadness for those killed, injured, and their families and friends. My support for the emergency workers, police, emt, fire, and others who will do their best through it all. No excuses possible for such as this.

    • Cowards did this. And I agree, the first responders are to be commended. But, also, I watched quite a few video’s that showed civilians removing their shirts to aid the wounded. My respect for these Good Samaritans knows no bounds.

  9. Hold your love ones close because all we have is “now,” and we don’t know what tomorrow may bring.

  10. Basharr says:

Yes! Cowards, it is almost too kind of a description. But Obviously Cowards. First Responders ROCKED!!!! As tragic as this is it was good to see Americans coming together to help one and other.

Although we may be powerless to end the violence, every time we refuse to give in to the hatred and fear we deal deathblows.

Absolutely. Prayers and well wishes are much needed. Thanks, BTG
